compress files with kyrillic names?

With IE6.0 and installed russian font under Windows XP
you can add russian sites - e.g.
www.cosmoworld.ru/spaceencyclopedia/ -
to your IE Favorites. The site will be saved as a file with kyrillic letters.

How can I zip this file with VCLZIP?
On standard VCLZIP ignores these files...

BTW: Also the tool PowerArchiver ignore such files!!!

I am not where I can test VCLZip right at the moment. How do you mean it "ignores" them? Does it bypass them all together and not zip them? No error or anything?

I did try WinZip 8.1 and it would not zip it either. It gave a bad filename error.

Sorry for my delay:

With "ignore" I mean, VCLZip skip this one file without an error. All other files will be zipped.
