Zipping large files

Zipping a 900Mb file using version 2.23 and splitting the result into 1.44 multizip files, we are always getting Bad CRC when trying to unzip.
The result has arround 800MB spawned into 600 zip files.

Using the same code with smaller files (400) work fine.

We've just received the 2.23 upgrade, I could send you our billing details.

I'm not sure right off the bat what is causing it, but maybe a few questions might help me narrow it down.

1) Does this only happen with a particular file or any file that is about 900mb in size?

2) If you don't split this file, do you still get the error?

3) Is the file closed when you are zipping it?

Looks like is working with version 3.xx.
The file is closed when is zipped.
Did not tryed yet with anotger similar size file or not to split it on many archives.
