I am using VCLZip 2.22. I am hitting an error when trying to open an archive that is larger than 2 Gigabytes in size. Is this a known issue of this version? Has this been corrected and if so, in what version.

Yes, this is a restriction of this version. To go above the 2 gig limit you will need VCLZip Pro which has Zip64 capabilities, which is pkzip's format changes to handle greater than 2 gig files.
If you are interested and you are currently a registered user of VCLZip, send me an email and I will give you a coupon number that will allow you to purchase VCLZip Pro for $40 instead of $89.

Hi we are using VCLZip 2.23 (with Delphi 7), and have recently encounted corrupted Zip files when the zipped size is greater than 2.0GB.
Is upgrading to VCLZip Pro the only way to fix this? (we have a VCL Zip registration)

Yes, VCLZip Lite follows the old VCLZip format. VCLZip Pro implements the Zip64 format.
