I was looking over the documentation and Zip64 compatible archives don't get a lot of mention. I just wanted to make sure I understood it correctly. I don't have to do anything to enable support for creating large Zip64 archives, correct?
I gather that if I happen to attempt to exceed a limit in the standard Zip format that it will just automatically make it a Zip64 archive instead. If so, that's great! If not, please point me to some documentation on what I need to do differently.
Thanks!

That is correct. Zip64 format will kick in when necessary and will be removed if the archive is modified such that it is no longer needed (such as deleting enough files from the archive or removing a large file from the archive) There is nothing for you to do to enable Zip64 support.
