Don't expect any answer. I have personaly given up: Good product (fortunately) but no support and no customer-care at all. I have simply dropped the annual susbscription. I have asked several times an update just to also have for a clean Delphi2010 install, and did not even get that. Come on... Subscription for what anyway?

I guess I'll have to do the same. Come on Kevin, we paid a not inconsiderable subscription fee and not only do you not provide timely upgrades but you don't even have the courtesy to provide a response to our questions/concerns! Are you still in business or not?

Are you still in business or not? Do we get ANYTHING for our annual subscription? This lack of response is incredibly irritating!

I have personnaly dropped our annual subscription very recently. All of my (simple) requests regarding updated installation packages have simply been ignored. It is just the logical consequence and I refuse to waste money anymore.

Agreed. This, from the Home page, is very amusing:
Why Subscriptions? Subscriptions allow us to aggressively update VCLZip with new features. Under the normal model, you would be charged only for major upgrades. This causes a situation where we can’t provide new feature updates at a fast rate because people don’t want to pay for upgrades that often. By using subscriptions we can provide major updates as often as possible throughout the year and you never pay more than the renewal rate (which is even lower than the original price of VCLZip) once a year

Come on Kevin. Please show some loyalty to your customers who have supported you all these years with regular subscription payments!
