Hi,
I have been using VCLZip for the last couple of years and am happy with it. Now, I would like to use your component to deflate a web page from within an isapi application. I could not find a way and had to resort to Abbrevia. Do you have plans to include this feature or does it already exist? Thanks.
Perry.

Can you give me more information about what you are doing and what you need? How do you do it in Abbrevia? Are you using the gzip capabilities of Abbrevia?

OK, if you are using the Deflate format then the current release of VCLZip Pro does not have this, but I have just added the code to do this in the upcoming release. I will also be adding gzip capability soon after that which browsers also use for compression.
Would you be interested in testing VCLZip out on this when I have it ready, prior to release? That could even be tomorrow. You would simply replace your call to Abbrevia's DeflateStream with a call to VCLZip's new ZLibCompressStream method.
Thanks,
Kevin

Yes, you can send it to me to test but I have not the Pro version only the previous one. You can also send the equivalent for abbrevia inflatestream, I can test it as well.
