Conflict with another package

Hi,

I tried vclzip Lite this morning and liked it. I then noted that it wasn't going to be updated in future and decided to have a look at pro instead.

Unfortunately, pro conflicts with another package that I have (and which is used extensively in a large application) and that uses a component known as TCompress. I can't see where or how pro uses TCompress. Any suggestions as to how I work around this without removing the other component.

VCLZip definitely does not use TCompress and I can't see how they would be using any of the same files.

What is the error or warning that you get?

What version of Delphi are you using?

Can you see what files are listed in the TCompress package?
